"Walk with me
and work with me-
watch how I do it.
Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.
I won't lay anything heavy
or ill-fitting on you.
Keep company
with me
and you'll learn to live
freely and lightly."
I love how fresh and new the words of Jesus are in this passage from The Message. I usually read and study the Bible in the NIV, but sometimes I pour over The Message translation to just let His words sink into my soul. I love "the unforced rhythms of grace". That's what I want. And so I must learn from Him.

I will be posting rather sporadically for awhile. I have managed to completely mess up my computer, and am having to use Sweetheart's to do this posting. His computer and I don't work well together, so doing anything on it for me is a challenge. I don't know when he'll have time to fix mine. Of course, he programs computers his job everyday. Yup. That's the way it goes!
Also, we're down to the last 10 days, or so until the baby is due. I'll try to put up a post for prayer, but who knows. (With Pumpkin I labored for days and had plenty of notice, but we'll just have to see with this one!) I just thought I should do a posting to let folks know that everything (except the computer) is fine in our little world.
I wanted to also thank everyone for their sweet comments. It's been so encouraging! I am truly blessed by each one of you.

I'm sorry to hear about your computer troubles, Kimberly. I will be thinking and praying for you as the time grows closer until you meet your new little one!

I'm keeping you in my prayers. I'm so excited for you!
joanna :)
So sorry you are having computer problems ~ I certainly do relate to that!!
It sounds like you are very well prepared. Now it's just a matter of waiting on God's timing. That can be the hardest part! :o)
Continuing to pray for you and your family as you prepare for this new little one's birth. May you have a safe and easy delivery; and may the Lord surround you with comfort as you labor. Hugs to you my friend.
Computers have a mind of their own and they do like to shut down when our brain power is wanting to go strong..
OR is our brain only pretending to want to express itself because our computer is shut down? (think about it)
I will be praying for you as you are ready for delivery of your precious gift from God.
You have done all your preparing so the rest is up to God to pick the time.
Kimberly, I found your blog through a link on Jewels' blog. She said you were due any day now too, just like her precious DIL.
You have a lovely blog! I love Abner, he is a real sweet looking fellow!
I will be praying for you, as your time grows near, to bringing your precious blessing into this world.
Blessings to you,
Kathy
