Oh! To quote one of the Anne books, "I'm thinking in exclamation points!" (At least I think that was the quote, it was along those lines) Kimberly, it is too darling! (what a shame though, all those (large) stumps, I'm sure they were lovely trees at one time.) This house, whether you get it or not, is definitely a "kindred spirit" as far as houses go. I'm so glad you shared a picture!
We think the tree in the picture will need to go as well, but there are a bunch more on the other side and the front that are fine. The house needs some work, but has some really neat features as well.
