So this is what the garden looked like through June. Things started and just stopped. It rained a lot and was deliciously cool. Nice for me, but not for the plants. Everything just stayed the same size. Well, except the weeds. They grew.
Then we got the first three days of this intense heat. (We topped out at 112* yesterday evening for those who are curious.)
Here's what it looked like this morning early.

Oh. My. We finally have a break from the rain and cool and it's warmed up, so hoping mine pop so nicely as yours did. But I DO have peppers and tomatoes coming.
Wow that is hot. It does not take very much heat and a little water. Looks good. Happy 4th of July. B
Watch the kidos....they may sprout up too!!!
112...remind you of Phoenix??
Darn that is hot. It has been downright cool here. Hope it cools off soon. Happy Fourth.
That's hot! We had heat and drought last year and this year it has been cooler than average and rainy.
We're finally getting normal heat and my garden loves it. Hopefully that means tomatoes. :)
