Pumpkin (finally!) lost his first tooth!
He commented last night during dinner his teeth hurt while tearing into a piece of steak. We peeked in there and saw the big tooth had popped through. Then we started to see if any baby teeth were loose and found one was. He worked and worked on it and with Daddy's help today, it was outta there.
I had just checked everything last week and there was no sign of any loose, or coming in. Here's hoping the rest fall out quick to give him more room.
So, what's the Tooth Fairy's going rate these days???
As this has been a much anticipated event, we are even armed with a Tooth Fairy Pillow I made a few weeks ago when I was teaching the boys to sew.

He is SO cute!
Four quarters. (And two managed to get re-absorbed into my wallet). ;-)
That is great. I love the pillow and the fact that they made it.
I think with inflation as it is a $20 is in order!!
(just kidding)
Love the handmade Tooth Fairy Pillow! I've been teaching my nephews to sew, and it's really fun to see them get excited about fabric scraps and threads! I'm enjoying your blog.
He ended up with a golden dollar coin. :) He was happy. Apparently, the TF does extra special things for the first, after that he's only expecting a quarter. Cupcake saw the coin and yelled, "Pirate Booty! I want it." That's my girl. I am afraid Dumpling might take to knocking out his own teeth for one.
