On a Walk Today

I went on a walk today.  It was a rather long walk, mostly uphill and interrupted often with the taking of many pictures.  This barn, the small red speck on the top picture, was my goal.  Click on the picture to see it in full.

It is apparently a bit of a landmark around here known as George's Barn.  I'm thinking George has been gone awhile.
I just wish he hadn't left his horse.
That was gross.

But the latches on the barn are nice aren't they?
There will be no pictures posted of the horse.
You're welcome.

Seriously?
But yes, George did have a interesting old barn. Hope the horse was the only thing he left...

Such beautiful photos and such a beautiful place to live! Well, minus the dead horse of course... :)

What a spectacular view! You certainly got your exercise on your walk, but you also got some wonderful photos out of it.

So your saying there was a dead horse inside this barn???? If only he left the barn door open so the horse could of at least find some food in the wild. Makes you wonder what the story is behind this! Great photos, if only this barn could talk!!!

There was a dead horse there? Did they leave it to starve to death? =0
Surely not...

The barn is definitely beautiful & the setting is outstanding... WoW! =)

The horse was outside the barn. I know nothing more.

Many interesting textures associated with this barn.
Very sad about the horse. Maybe something happened to George and no one bothered to check on the poor horse. even sadder.

The only good thing about an uphill walk in that it should be easier on the way home. (not always the case)
