Gobs of Gourds & So Much Squash

This is what I harvested yesterday.

Hungry?

I saved a bunch of the stems after I read Joanne's tutorial for Fabric Pumpkins.
I'm going to have to try to make a few of these! They are so cute.
Go take a look, but come back and share your squash recipes with me!
I'll need them...

What a wonderful squash harvest, Kimberly! I'm the only one in my family who likes it, although everyone will eat the butternut tea bread that I make. :0)

Oh my goodness!

I'm thinking I'm going to pick your brain when it's time to plant the garden next spring. Bye, bye zucchini and hello lovely gourds...

I am "green with envy" over your beautiful gourds. Your pictures and the gourds we saw at Berry Patch have inspired me to plant some next spring.

And look at the beautiful eggs for your baking!
