Sweetheart read Psalm 67 to us tonight at dinner before we began feasting.
1 May God be gracious to us and bless us
and make his face shine upon us,
Selah
2 that your ways may be known on earth,
your salvation among all nations.
3 May the peoples praise you, O God;
may all the peoples praise you.
4 May the nations be glad and sing for joy,
for you rule the peoples justly
and guide the nations of the earth.
Selah
5 May the peoples praise you, O God;
may all the peoples praise you.
6 Then the land will yield its harvest,
and God, our God, will bless us.
7 God will bless us,
and all the ends of the earth will fear him.
Thank you, Lord, for Sweetheart.
I had always wanted a cornucopia basket. I remember drawing them and making them out of construction paper as a child in school. Last year I found one at Michael's after Thanksgiving for a dollar. I bought it and loved using it this year.
Plus, it's another edible centerpiece since I made our last one into the pie.
Yum.
Something sweeter than pie.
I am blessed.

Beautiful post. Have a great day. Mary
you are indeed blessed with two little ones...Happy Thanksgiving
Just popping in on the borrowed computer to say that baby is gorgeous (hmmm...can you call a boy gorgeous?).
Is that other picture a scrapbook journal where you keep recipes? It looks so interesting.
I'm reading even though I don't comment. Since I have to borrow my son's computer right now, I have to go through my favorite blogs on Bloglines... quickly... but I had to comment today. :)
Happy Thanksgiving to you! I love that Psalm...some years ago I set it to music, and I love to sing it by myself or with close family and friends.
Your pumpkin pie looks absolutely scrumptious...and I'm sure it tasted just as good! :)
Hi there...your phone is on its way! Should arrive by Monday they said. Sorry it took me so long to get to the post office!
lovely post with much to be thankful for !
Thank you everyone for stopping by!
Brenda--It's one of my everything books done up a la "Jewels". It holds everything from Scripture and prayer requests, to do lists, journalings, and holiday planning lists. The pictures make it so much more fun to use.

Thank you for your answer!
I've just begun using something similar and I wish I'd done it years ago.
I miss Jewels.
