Good Morning!

I just nursed and put the baby back in his beautiful cradle his Grandfather made before Pumpkin was born. It's a beautiful cherry wood rocking cradle that nestles right next to our bed. I know, some co-sleep, but we're more comfortable with him right next to us. He did end up in with us last night as I was so desperate for some sleep I was trying anything.
Tonight's definitely going smoother. He's been nursing a lot, but going right back to sleep. Now, I just need to!
We did choose his name yesterday and we love it. However, as with Pumpkin and Sweetheart, I am choosing not to post his name. After we chose the name I told Sweetheart he needed a blog name, too. That may take a bit longer!
So will pictures. We took a ton after he was born, but I haven't even seen them yet. Maybe later today.
Just wanted everyone to know that we're all doing great here. I've loved reading all the wonderful comments and thank each one of you for your prayers. I'm off to sleep again for however long I can.
Oh, Pumpkin LOVES the baby. He is so sweet (kinda gentle, but not always) and loving. He's fascinated with his little brother and keep initiating hugs and kisses on him. Those are some of the pictures I really want to see! Even Abner was introduced tonight and seems to be adjusting to the idea.

Oh Kimberly, I love thinking of you there with your sweet littlest love in your arms, at last. Josie is really *lovin'* Maggie, too, and likewise sometimes **super** lovin' her! Nurse your sweet little bug, and rest, rest, rest, as much as you can--let everyone there, love you.
Tenderly, Jewels

((Kimberly)) ~ it sounds like everything is going beautifully! We always kept our wee ones right next to my side of the bed during those first several months ~ it made it so easy to scoop them up for those middle of the night nursings.

I know it's such a joy to your momma-heart to watch Pumpkin loving on little Dumpling. [My own nickname for him until you pick one. It speaks to his association with apples. ;oD]

Rest ~ rest, and soak up all the tender joyfulness and sweet peacefulness that accompany this special time.

Hugs to your precious family!

So glad to hear that you are all doing well. I'm glad Pumpkin is adjusting to his new brother so well and that your little one is nursing well.

Our new grandbaby arrived last evening. He is so precious and I have shared pictures of him on my blog if you ever get a few minutes and have nothing else to do!

Will look forward to seeing pictures of your new little son. In the meantime rest when you can and enjoy every minute with your special guys around you.

Oh my goodness...I've been out of the loop for the past few days and look what happens--you have a baby all on your own even before the midwife arrives. You go, girl!

I'm so thankful you're all well and fine and can't wait to come and hold this little peanut...and bring you bread and a meal too!

Praise God for a new little life--blessings and blessings and blessings on your sweet family today!

Sounds like things are going well! The cradle sounds beutiful. My precious granddaughter is sleeping in a cradle lovingly made by her great-papa. So sweet.
