Hope

I love this tree. I've passed it on many drives from Denver to Durango.

It appears as though it was hit by lightening and though much of it died, it was not entirely killed.

Out of the dead growth appears new life.

Life that rises up and proclaims, "I am still here, standing tall!".

May we each approach our lives as this tree, though wounded, growing and providing shelter for those who may come across our path.
